The Founders
Danielle and Franz both immigrated to the United States as children—Danielle from Cameroon, Franz from Haiti. With backgrounds steeped in resilience, they learned early that success wouldn’t be handed to them. Instead, they pursued education and opportunity with relentless intention, both graduating from Cornell University, where Danielle earned a Doctorate in Applied Mathematics and Analytics, and Franz earned a Master’s in Engineering.
Their academic paths laid the foundation for careers in fintech, AI, engineering, and business strategy, but it was their shared vision for ownership that transformed how they lived. In 2016, they purchased their first real estate investment property and began charting a new course toward freedom and legacy. Since then, they’ve built a reputation for trustworthy, strategic real estate investing, scaled businesses, and helped others unlock pathways they didn’t know existed.
